Prior to becoming Managing Director at Paradigmatic Innovations Group, Carri Duncan held senior roles at globally leading stakeholder management firms. As VP Investor Relations and Head of AI at Bayer, she advised the board on strategy and capital markets topics. She was part of the initial buy-side biotech team at Credit Suisse and helped internationalise Sal Oppenheim–Macquarie’s healthcare investment banking efforts. Carri holds a PhD in Neuroscience from ETH Zurich, where her protein research advanced into clinical trials. Through her advisory firm Karaktero, she worked with European corporates, private capital firms, and family offices on complex strategies. She works internationally from Berlin

EVOLUTIONARY BIOLOGIST

Professor at Eötvös Loránd University and Director of the Parmenides Center for the Conceptual Foundations of Science. His research spans evolutionary transitions, the origin of life, language development, cooperation, Darwinian neurodynamics, and astrobiology. He is a recipient of numerous scientific awards, including the Széchenyi Prize, a member of several international academies, and Principal Investigator of the ERC Synergy Grant–funded Mini Life project.

LEAD SYSTEM ECOLOGY SCIENTIST

Biologist and expert in network and systems ecology, with a PhD from Eötvös Loránd University. He has held research positions as a Branco Weiss Fellow at Collegium Budapest, Principal Investigator at Microsoft Research–COSBI in Trento, and Fellow at the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin. He is currently lead researcher at the Institute of Biological Research in Cluj-Napoca, associate researcher at the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn in Naples, and visiting professor at the University of Parma. His work regularly bridges biology with economics, sociology, political science, and other natural sciences.

SUSTAINABILITY & TRANSFORMATION EXPERT

Co-Chair of Economics and Sustainability at the Parmenides Foundation, he develops strategic business models that align long-term corporate success with solving global challenges. As CEO of Tetranomics SE, he has supported more than 50 companies and works on the foundations of economic transformation. Formerly head of the Center for Advanced Sustainable Management, he is a sought-after speaker, lecturer, and author. His Springer book CSR und Geschäftsmodelle has been downloaded over 750,000 times.

AI EXPERT

Serial entrepreneur and expert in AI applications and transformation, with a focus on large language models and sustainable business. He is a management consultant and COO of Tetranomics SE, and founder of multiple social startups, including an impact-oriented sports initiative. He brings extensive experience in integrating sustainability across diverse corporate contexts and is an experienced speaker, lecturer, and moderator. He is the author of CSR and Football (Springer, 2018).
